Thieves stole from a charitable organization twice before dawn last week, according to investigators. Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives are searching for people suspected of breaking into East Lincoln Christian Ministries at 2:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 30.
The thieves took about $1,200 of merchandise including several heavy winter coats.
According to surveillance footage, suspects drove up in a dark-colored Chevrolet S-10 with a tool box on the back. After loading up the truck and leaving, the people returned later in a white Cadillac STS with chrome factory wheels.
One of the suspects is described as a small-framed white woman wearing camouflage-style pants, a T-shirt, and dark framed prescription glasses. She also had her hair pulled back into a ponytail.
The woman captured in surveillance photos was accompanied by a younger white female with dark hair.
East Lincoln Christian Ministry is located on on Catawba Burris Road in Denver.
