4 arrested in meth case

KINGS MOUNTAIN – Police say four people were arrested and another is wanted after officers discovered a meth lab while serving a warrant this week.
 
Officers discovered the lab while visiting 510 N. Piedmont Ave., Apt. 6, to serve the warrant on Lee Austin Tessineer, according to a news release from the Kings Mountain Police Department.
 
After authorities obtained a warrant to search the lab, Kings Mountain Police Department, the Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office and N.C. State Bureau of Investigation discovered several “one-pot” meth cookers at the residence.
 
Police use the term “one-pot” to describe a method of cooking methamphetamine that often involves a soda bottle, battery parts, pseudoephedrine and cooking fuels.
 
After discovering the meth products, Kings Mountain police obtained warrants for the arrests of four people.
 
They include:
 
- Karen Denise Tessneer, 47, of 510 N. Piedmont Ave., Apt. 6, Kings Mountain
 
She was arrested by the Shelby Police Department and is charged with felony maintain a dwelling, felony manufacturing meth and felony possession of meth precursor.
 
- Lee Austin Tessiner, 34, of 510 N. Piedmont Ave., Apt. 6, Kings Mountain
 
He was arrested by Kings Mountain Police Department and is charged with felony manufacturing meth and felony possession of meth precursor.
 
- Angela Welch Hill, 37, of 146 Parkgrace Road, Kings Mountain
 
She was arrested by Cleveland County Sheriff’s Office and is charged with felony manufacturing meth and felony possession of meth precursor.
 
- Robyn Rena Price, 39, of 109 Belwood Loop Road, Lawndale
 
She was arrested by Kings Mountain Police and is charged with felony manufacturing meth and felony possession of meth precursor.
 
- Another man, Harley William Clinton, 25, of 2498 Johnstown Road in Crouse, is still wanted by Kings Mountain police. He is wanted on charges of felony manufacturing meth and felony possession of meth precursor.
